Hello!  My name is Dana Harris.  I have had the pleasure of teaching in this awesome district for the past 11 years.  I have taught Kindergarten for 9 years, but I have had the opportunity to teach Fourth Grade the past two years.  I had taught 3 & 4 grade for 3 years in previous districts in Southern Illinois.  I have one daughter and she keeps me pretty busy.  :)  I usually keep the scorebook at most of her sporting events.  I am the Elementary Musical Director, I assist with our high school productions, and I help assist our Marching Blackcats, too!  Music is my passion and I love getting to share my love for music with my students.  I'm a Goreville native and graduated from this district.  Goreville is home and there is no other place I would rather be.  :)
