2011 6TH GRADE JR. BLACKCATS WIN 1ST EVER ELDORADO INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT 

For the first time in the eight years that Goreville has participated in the Eldorado Invitational Tournament, the Jr. Blackcats are the champions!  They defeated Fairfield and Mt. Carmel before beating Eldorado in the championship.  Justin Shadowens was named 1st Team All-Tournament as well as the All-Defense award.  Austin Sullivan was named to the 2nd Team.  The 5th Grade Jr. Blackcats won 5th place in the 5th Grade Invitational the week before. Braden Webb was named 1st Team All-Tournament in the 5th Grade division.
